3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are determined based on item size, condition, and level of cleaning required.
  • Full payment is required upon service completion.
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Wallet (Vodafone Cash, etc.).
  • Any additional services requested during the cleaning session may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Fresh & Clean reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or extreme weather conditions.

5. Cleaning Process & Customer Responsibilities

  • Our team will handle your furniture and fabrics with care, using professional cleaning equipment and eco-friendly solutions.
  • Customers must ensure the area is accessible and free of personal belongings before our team arrives.
  • While we strive for the best results, some deep stains or fabric damages may not be fully removable.
  • Drying time varies depending on the type of fabric and ventilation.

6. Liability & Damages

  • Fresh & Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage to carpets, sofas, or upholstery.
  • We take all necessary precautions, but in the unlikely event of accidental damage, customers must report it immediately.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper fabric maintenance before or after our cleaning service.
