2. Service Agreement
- Fresh & Clean provides deep cleaning services for carpets, sofas, rugs, and upholstery in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Our services are available by appointment only, and customers must provide accurate details regarding their cleaning needs.
- Prices may vary based on the size, material, and condition of the item being cleaned.
3. Booking & Payment
- Customers can book via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or website.
- Payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile wallets.
- Any additional services requested during the cleaning session will be charged separately.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) may result in a cancellation fee.
- Fresh & Clean reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, equipment failure, or staffing issues).
5. Service Limitations & Liabilities
- While we use advanced cleaning techniques, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Some stains may be permanent due to pre-existing damage.
- Fresh & Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage to carpets, sofas, or upholstery.
- Customers must remove personal belongings from the cleaning area before our team arrives.
6. Drying Time & Aftercare
- Drying times depend on fabric type, ventilation, and humidity levels.
- Customers should follow our aftercare instructions to maintain cleanliness and prolong the life of their furniture.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that our team has access to water and electricity at the service location.
- Any pets must be kept away from the cleaning area during the service.
- If the customer is not present at the time of service, a trusted representative must be available to inspect the work upon completion.
8. Satisfaction Policy
- We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns, please report them within 24 hours of service completion.
- Refunds are not available, but we may offer a re-cleaning if necessary.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Fresh & Clean respects your privacy. We only collect necessary information for booking and customer service purposes.
- We do not share your personal details with third parties without your consent.
